Insight Clinic employs a multidisciplinary team of qualified mental health professionals, which may include:

All clinicians engaged by Insight Clinic:
• Hold recognised tertiary qualifications in their respective disciplines
• Are registered, accredited, or licensed under relevant Australian professional frameworks
• Meet competency standards required for clinical practice
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Adhere to mandatory ethical and legal obligations
Regulatory & Ethical Accountability
Each clinician is independently accountable to their respective professional governing body and bound by its Code of Ethics, including but not limited to:
• Australian Psychological Society (APS) Code of Ethics – for Registered Psychologists
• Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Code of Ethics – for Accredited Mental Health Social Workers and Accredited Social Workers
• Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics – for Licensed Counsellors
These professional codes require clinicians to:
• Practice within their scope of training and competence
• Deliver evidence-based and ethically sound interventions
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Uphold confidentiality and duty of care

Breaches of professional standards are subject to investigation and oversight by the relevant governing body.
Scope of Practice
Each clinician practices strictly within their professional scope of qualification, accreditation, registration, and experience.
Insight Clinic does not permit clinicians to operate beyond their recognised scope of practice.
Clinician allocation is determined based on:
• Presenting concerns
• Clinical complexity
• Risk profile
• Funding pathway requirements
• Professional scope and expertise
Respect for Professional Roles
All professional titles used at Insight Clinic reflect recognised and regulated training pathways within Australia.
Insight Clinic does not engage in disputes or debates regarding the legitimacy of regulated professional roles.
Requests, comments, or communications that:
• Undermine a clinician’s recognised qualifications
• Challenge professional designation without clinical basis
• Disparage regulated mental health professions
will not be engaged with as part of therapeutic care.
All communication with clinicians and administrative staff must remain:
• Professional
• Respectful
• Appropriate
Where communication becomes aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate, Insight Clinic reserves the right to:
• Restrict communication to written form
• Review suitability for continued services
• Discontinue services in accordance with ethical and legal obligations
