What is Play Therapy?
Child play therapy uses play to help children express emotions and experiences they struggle to verbalize, such as trauma, grief, anxiety, and social difficulties. Through imagination, art, and toys, it allows them to process complex feelings. Play therapy teaches coping skills, improves social abilities, and boosts confidence. It's commonly used with children aged 3-12 facing challenges like ADHD, family problems, or autism. Our practice provides a welcoming environment with tailored treatment plans. Experienced therapists guide children to express themselves and find healthier ways to navigate life's challenges. Complete our intake form to discuss if play therapy could benefit your child.
